INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR TENANTS

Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data (“ADO”) is DCP Services Sp. z o.o., NIP: 5833457513, located at: 1 Starodworska Street, 80-137 Gdańsk.

  2. Purposes and basis of processing. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:

    • Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the DPA – the processing of your data is necessary to enter into a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Your data will be stored from the end of the lease for a period of 3 years.

  3. Your personal data – if a lease agreement is concluded with you – financial documents will be kept for 3 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year in which the contract is completed, in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations.

    • Article 6(1)(f) RODO – the legitimate interests of the Administrator, in particular the assertion or safeguarding of claims, will be retained for a period of 3 years after they have been obtained or the last action performed on the personal data.

  4. The period of processing of your personal data is related to the purposes of their processing indicated above. In view of the above, the personal data will be processed for the period in which the Administrator is obliged by law to store the data, or for the period of the statute of limitations of any possible claims, for the assertion of which it is necessary to dispose of the data.

  5. Rights of the data subject. In the cases and under the terms of generally applicable data protection legislation, you have the rights to access your data and to receive a copy of your data, to rectify (amend) your data, to erase, to restrict its processing or to object to its processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

  6. Recipients of the data. Your personal data will be transmitted to authorised institutions as defined by law and to processors who provide services to the Data Controller and to whom the data are entrusted. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.

  7. The provision of data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the conclusion of a contract.
